Findco — Privacy Policy

Account information

Name, email address, username and profile picture; your password is stored only in encrypted form. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the name and email address that service passes to us are used (this may be Apple's private relay email address).

Your session details are kept on your phone in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore, and your preferences in the phone's storage.

What you create and upload

• The text you type into the tools and your selections (topic, profession, target audience, brand voice)
• Generated ideas, scripts, images and designs, your favorites and your history
• The images and logos you upload, and your brand kit
• The videos you upload to Video Studio, the video's audio and the text extracted from your speech (captions)

The camera and microphone are used only when you start filming; your photo library is written to only when you choose to save a piece of content. If you use dictation, your speech is converted to text by your phone's speech recognition service (Apple on iOS, Google on Android); the audio is not sent to us, only the resulting text is written into the field.

Instagram data

For the accounts you connect for analysis and the accounts you add as references or competitors, only publicly available profile information, posts, captions, comments and engagement counts are collected. This data is collected through Apify. Your Instagram password is never requested or stored.

AI services

When you use a tool, the data needed for that operation (your inputs, your images, your video's audio, your Instagram data) is sent to these services:

• Google Gemini — text generation; image, video and Instagram content analysis
• OpenRouter — access to the AI models used for some text generation
• fal.ai — image generation and editing

The app asks for your explicit consent before your data is shared with these services for the first time. You can withdraw your consent at any time under Profile › Account › AI and your data; without consent, the AI tools cannot be used.

Purchases — App Store, iyzico and RevenueCat

In the iOS app, payment is handled entirely by the App Store; we never see your card details. RevenueCat is used to track the status of your subscription (plan, start and end dates, transaction ID). For subscriptions purchased on the findco.ai website, payment is made through iyzico and card details stay with iyzico.

Usage measurement

We record on our own servers which steps are completed in the app and on findco.ai: opening the app, the welcome steps, viewing the plans screen, completing a purchase, opening the calendar, adding content to the calendar, and whether you shared a piece of content. The purpose is to see where people get stuck and improve the product.

• What is recorded: the name of the step, its time, the platform (iOS, Android or web) and short identifier values (for example, which tool you came from). The text you type, your titles and your email address are not included in these records.
• A random installation identifier is generated on your device so that steps taken before you create an account can later be linked to the same installation. It is not an advertising identifier; it is removed from the device when you delete the app and is regenerated when you delete your account.
• After you sign in, the records are associated with your account.

These records are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking; no third-party analytics tool is used for this. When you delete your account, the measurement records linked to your account are deleted as well.

No ads, no tracking

Findco shows no ads, does not read your advertising identifier, and the app contains no third-party tracking or analytics tools. Your personal data is not sold.

Transfers abroad

Some of the service providers above may process data outside Türkiye (including in the USA and European Union countries). This transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the other conditions set out in the law.

Retention and account deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is open. You can delete your account in the app under Profile › Account › Delete account, or from the Profile page on findco.ai; if you cannot access the app, you can write to [email protected] from your account's email address.

• Deleted: your account information, the content you created, the images, logos and videos you uploaded, your Instagram analytics data and your reports, and the usage measurement records linked to your account
• If you used "Sign in with Apple", your Apple connection is removed as well
• Records that must be kept by law, such as invoices and payment records, are retained for the legally required period

An App Store subscription is not cancelled automatically when your account is deleted; you need to cancel it on your iPhone under Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Children

Findco is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

KVKK — data controller and your rights

The data controller is Luna Kreatif Ajans Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Data is processed on the legal grounds of providing the service, performing the contract, legal obligations and, for AI processing, your explicit consent. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your explicit consent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. If there is a change in the AI service providers, the app asks for your consent again.
